Trialytics was formed to bring the power of advanced healthcare data analytics to clinical development strategies. Trialytics provides knowledge-based, data-driven, advanced analytical models to redefine clinical trial start-up strategies and recruitment outcomes. The Trialytics mission is to reduce the time, cost, and uncertainty of conducting clinical trials.
The Trialytics data universe, the CT Mitigator®, includes de-identified medical and prescription claims records for over 220 million U.S. patients. This longitudinal data, dating back to 1991, is comprehensive, precise, and updated in real time as healthcare claims are submitted nationwide from 355,000 physicians, 1,500 hospitals, and over 25,000 pharmacies. Trialytics offers a systematically linked and secure electronic data warehouse connecting the more than 220 million patients to their individual diseases and drug histories over the past 10 years. Trialytics also offers electronic medical record data platforms for oncology and general practice, covering over 7 million lives. The Trialytics methodologies and data sources are fully compliant with the federal regulations of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
Typically 3 to 5 protocol amendments are implemented during any single late-stage trial. Each amendment often takes 3 to 6 months to implement – at great cost. Trialytics enhances this process by applying live patient chart data to the trial design to optimize protocol execution.
In the U.S., only 2% to 3% of the population participates in clinical trials each year. Our approach unlocks the vast pool of trial-naïve physicians, pharmacists and patients. Using Trialytics’ advanced methods to build networks that connect the right patients to the right physicians and pharmacists in the right locations saves time and resources needed to move through clinical development.
